Here is a little about us! 

We have both attended college studying the same course but at different collages. We studied BTEC Extended Diploma Level 3 Animal Management. We then both attended Newquay College to do a university degree. Hayley started in 2012 studying Fdsc Marine Conservation. Shannon started at the college in 2013 studying Fdsc Animal Husbandry and Welfare. This is where we both met. Hayley then went on to study Bsc Applied Zoology. We have both also done extra courses outside university such as both qualifying in Scuba Diving 18m. Hayley completed her Marine mammal medic course. Shannon also is qualified in Level 2 and 3 Dog Grooming, Microchipping and in Pet ultrasound scanning. We are both up to date with our Canine First Aid. So as you can see we are both animal MAD!

In 2018, we decided to breed our 2 year old border collie. we travelled to a lady who was qualified to preform an ultrasound to see if we were expecting puppies. We first travelled a 40 minute drive which Bella at the time, did not like travelling, so this was stressful alone for her. When we got there the lady insisted on muzzling Bella and then shaved her belly which was also unnecessary. Bella was petrified, urinated everywhere, the lady wasn't at all confident making her feel more anxious. We felt awful putting her through all that stress. This is why we decided to do the course ourselves to preform it at our own home. We then experienced taking the pups to be microchipped and vaccinated. The pups were stressed and didn't like one needle never mind being microchipped on top of that. That when we decided to do our microchipping qualification to do our own so the chipping and vaccination got done separately.  We moved to Devon and saw people where seeking mobile microchippers and pregnancy scanners and that's how we came about in 2019!
